I want my money back because y’all made this app and y’all know it doesn’t work.

Pretty sure this has to be a scam. The app tricks you by allowing you to control your camera with your phone, but the minute you try to adjust any setting or try to take a picture, the app freezes and locks you out with a loading screen that never goes away. Complete waste of money. App doesn’t even have a setting to download the pictures you have taken to your phone. Why is apple allowing this on their App Store??

I cannot connect my DSC-QX30, despite the developer’s claim “GoCamera supports all Sony PlayMemories cameras. We tested GoCamera with the following camera models: Sony DSC-QX10 Sony DSC-QX100 ” I do understand the DSC-QX30 is not on your tested list, but perhaps you could provide a disclaimer to the effect “we cannot be sure cameras not on the list below will function. To this end, we are offering a one week trial period to ensure you can connect.” I did request a refund from Apple within minutes of buying and unsuccessfully attempting to connect my camera. Here’s hoping it is approved and I have not wasted my $12.99

Bought this to be able to share my pictures to my phone everyone said you needed the play memories app but it does not work. I than found out that there are other apps for sony and this app is not compatible with A7III, requesting a refund.

I just bought a brand new Sony alpha 7, was wondering how to share pictures on my phone because I don’t have a laptop. It says that you have to download that app which cost 15$ and it’s doesn’t work whatever I tried to do. Just unable to connect. I’m very disappointed in that service. Would be great to get money back

Literally throwing away money with this app. Does not work at all. Spent so long trying to get it to work just to be frustrated. Spend $15 on any other worthless thing other than this app please I beg you.

This app is poorly advertised and does not actually work. The Wi-Fi connection takes 10 minutes and the second you try to use it, it fails. Absolutely would not recommend.

Waste of my money better off just buying an SD card reader.

Very disappointed. I bought this last night hoping it would work and it doesn’t. I just downloaded a free app that works great. Hoping I can get a refund, otherwise just got scammed :( .

this app needs to be removed off the app store. It’s terrible and doesn’t do what it’s intended.

Hope that got your attention…After reading other comments I won’t waste my time trying to get my money back. I accept the directions on my camera to be brief/vague but I’d expect an app - with limitless options for character detail - to explain how this is supposed to work. My thumb has cramped trying to click my way thru using just my camera “menu” button. It’s been an hour, I’ve made no progress. I need a drink and a handful of Advil. Frustrated!

This app is awful. Too bad there wasn’t a trial period before I wasted money on something I’ll never use. It does not, at all, do what I was lead to believe it could do. Waste of time and money.

I have an iphone13 and my phone keeps freezing aling with it not working with my camera. READ THE REVIEWS First!! I wasted money on this app, I hope it works for someone. I requested a refund through email as this company is based out of Australia and I'm State side.

Does not work with my Sony camera. Apple iTunes refuses to refund. Do not buy! Waste of money.

Not worth the frustration. There are plenty of more functional apps to control your camera. Waste of $15 that I’ll never get back.

I was really excited for this to work, but unfortunately it doesn’t connect to the app. It connects to by phone just fine, but when it comes to the app, it tells me to connect device.

I downloaded the app to connect to my Sony A7S and they claimed it would transfer photos to my phone, which I paid $8 for and it couldn’t even do that. I tried to get a refund TWICE and it was denied both times with no explanation on why it was denied. I’m out $8 on an app that I can’t even use…

Just wasted 9 bucks on this while on the shoot because I needed to get my photos on to my iPhone to try and edit/send to the client asap. Can't upload photos you've already taken, and even as a remote it's SUPER choppy and laggy. I want a refund

Awful! Tried to connect for 50 minutes, gave up, and requested a refund! I better get one because I followed all of the instructions and have an Rx100 V camera which should absolutely work! This app is horrendous!

Wasted $10 on this app and don’t really do anything for my handycam

This app no longer support and it doesn’t work with the Sony cameras. I was asked to pay more than 8$ just to find out that Sony no longer uses this app. I would like a refund.

Absolute waste of money. App doesn’t connect to camera. Wish I read the reviews beforehand because evidently that’s a trend with this app. Do not purchase this app.

There is no control over which photos to download where. It tries to take control of downloading and makes a mess. It doesn’t let me delete the photos from the camera after downloading.

They said it was tested on the a6000 camera which I have. I must have a defective camera because this app absolutely refuses to connect. They never gave the results of the test and the lists of compatible cameras excludes a6000. That was a slick move. Also the app does not have a lot of features. It very basic. Go buy gum or lighter. You will get more use from those than the app

Literally spent 30 min trying to connect my Sony 6000 camera and it never detected it. I tried everything possible and it never worked. This was the biggest waste of money I’ve spent. If you’re going to scam people for an app that doesn’t even work at least make the price $1.99. Stupid and useless. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!

Coming from the Panasonic app. This app is absolutely horrible. I have yet to get it to even take a photo. It says it’s loading and never actually does it

Tap the button to take a picture and it takes 1-2 minutes to relay to the camera ...

Worst app I have ever used. Does not display even the basic camera settings, and freezes literally every single time I try to take a photo. Stay away from this app.

I’ve only been able to connect with my camera a handful of times. I’ve spent hours trying to connect with no success. I try to be fair with reviews but this app simply doesn’t work.
